Always — both are included in every price. We arrive before your guests, set up completely, and break down after. You never touch the equipment.

Everything we rent works indoors and outdoors, so plan A is usually moving inside — the mini golf course sets up on gym floors and finished surfaces safely. If there's no indoor option, we'll work with you to reschedule; weather-hold decisions are made together about 48 hours out.

Yes — and it's cheaper. Combos run 10–15% below booking separately, arrive in one delivery, and set up on one schedule. The most popular pairing is Putt + Bloom: mini golf plus the Bloom Bar, from $1,400 with a $200 deposit.

Fully refundable up to 14 days before your event. Inside 14 days, the deposit converts to a credit toward a future date — dates that close in are dates we've turned other events away from.

Each mini golf hole sits on a 2'×4' deck. Comfortable footprints: ~150 sq ft for 3 holes, ~250 sq ft for 5, ~450 sq ft for 9. The Bloom Bar needs roughly a 10'×6' zone plus guest circulation. Unsure? Send venue photos with your inquiry.

Yes — fully insured, and we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your district or venue on request, usually within 24 hours. PTAs and athletic departments book us specifically because the paperwork is painless.

The 9-hole course flows roughly 40–60 guests per hour. Smaller courses scale down proportionally. For big events — after-proms, field days — add an attendant to keep groups moving.

Yes — everyone we send to a school or youth event is background-checked, with documentation available on request.

We arrive about 2 hours before guests. Setup takes 60–90 minutes for the Bloom Bar — styled and finished before the first arrival.

Yes — share their contact in the inquiry form and we handle load-in windows, placement, and power directly with your coordinator. You stay out of the logistics loop.
